The research dealt with developing a proposed model for a virtual university for adult education in Egypt using the Bert method, and the research goal defines the conceptual framework for the virtual university, its goals, philosophy and most important advantages, highlighting the reasons and importance of establishing a virtual university for adult education in Egypt, and using one of the methods of future planning in developing a proposed model for the university Virtual education for adults, the study came out with a model for the virtual university for adult education, with clarification of its most important requirements and identifying some obstacles and challenges that may face their implementation, and setting some mechanisms to overcome these obstacles, as well as providing some recommendations that can be Take it out when implementing the suggested model.
