The research aims to: 1) knowing a number of variables of action effort for my arm muscles in the players of the foil. Knowing the accuracy and speed of stabbing among the artillery players. 2) Finding the relationship between the variables of muscular action effort, speed and accuracy of stabbing comparison of a number of muscle action potential stress variables between the two biceps and triceps muscles. The researcher opts the descriptive approach because of its fitness to the nature of this research. The search community included (10) players. The sample of the exploratory experiment (3) players was excluded. He conducts a sample consists of (7) players. The data are handled statistically by using mean, standard diversion, T-test, proportion, correlation during the (SPSS) program. The researcher conclusions the following: 1) the speed of contraction of the triceps muscle during the extension of the elbow joint, to the larch impact on the accuracy of the challenge in the fencing ,through increase speed. 2) There is a difference in muscle triceps and biceps contraction through accuracy of the challenge in the fencing during the (EMG). The researcher recommends the following: 1) emphasize the development of speed and force of the triceps muscle because importance and impact on the accuracy of the challenge in the fencing as well as develop other muscles of the arm. 2) Emphasize the development of speed during the construction of training programs in fencing, especially for the muscles of the arm.
