The importance of research lies in the application of modern technology for scout activity in sport and school activity which helps in determining their financial and human capabilities according to modern technology as for research problem, the directorates of sport and school suffer from weakness in these services and the negatively affects improvement performance and making the work traditional due to the science of developing job competence in benefiting from previous experiences compared to the effort and low level of modern technology to achieve the goals of research, which is building and applying a scale. The adoption of material and human capabilities and modern technology from the point of view of the administrative staff of the scouting activity in the directorates of sport and school activities in the central and southern regions. The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method. The research sample was chosen in the intentional method that consisted of 170 of the administrators working in the scouting divisions. Tables and discussion of results, reinforcing that with scientific sources, through this conclusion were reached, the most important of which is the scale of accreditation, material and human capabilities, and modern technology suitable for measuring levels of administrative workers in the tow central regions and southern. The most important recommendations: the adoption of the two measures for the purpose of measuring the adoption of material and human capabilities and modern technology for the tow administrative years in the directorates of ground and school activity in the central and southern regions.
