أثر استخدام أسلوب التدريب الذهني المختلط في تطوير ودقه مهارتي الإرسال التنسي وجدار الصد بالكرة الطائرة
The research aims to reveal the effect of using the mixed mental training method in developing the accuracy of the performance of topspin serve and block skills of volleyball, and the sample consisted of (12) player. The researchers used the experimental approach to its appropriateness and the nature of the research as the research sample was divided into two groups and by (6) players for each group and the two groups were equalized in variables (age, height, weight, mass, intelligence, mental perception, attention, and some elements of physical fitness and mobility that affect the skills of topspin and block). The researchers used personal interviews, questionnaires, tests and measures as a means of collecting information, where an educational program was developed in agreement with the coach of the University of Mosul and the same program plus the mixed mental training method. The researchers conducted tribal tests and then applied the program from (24) educational units over a period of (12) one week, with two educational units per week, and the duration of each educational unit is (90) minutes. The SPSS statistical package was used to treat the results. Where the researcher concluded that the experimental group that implemented the educational program prepared by the trainer as well as the mixed mental training excelled in the post-test on the control group that carried out the program prepared by the trainer in the accuracy of the performance of the skills (topspin serve and block) with volleyball.
