مستوى الأداء الإداري لدى مديري مدارس المطبقة لبرنامج "تطوير" بمدينة الطائف من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين
The study aimed to identify the level of administrative performance for school principals that applied the program "Tatweer" in the following fields (planning, organizing, directing and follow-up). The study used descriptive survey method. The population of the research is consisted of all educational supervisors and teachers of the schools that applied the program "Tatweer" in all stages in Taif schools. The study sample is consisted of (70) educational supervisors that formed (36.6%) of the total population of supervisors and 121 teachers that formed (63.4%) of the total population of teachers. The tool of the study is a questionnaire that is consisted of two main sections, the first section is the public information, while the second section is consisted of the questionnaire axes which included (41) phrases distributed in four axes: (planning, organizing, directing and follow-up). The study concluded the following results: 1) The average of administrative performance level of schools principals that applied the program "Tatweer " in the fields of: (planning, organizing, directing and follow-up) was in (high) degree. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the study sample responses, due to the variable job title and the job experience, about administrative performance level of schools principals that applied the program "Tatweer" in all axes. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the study sample responses, due to the educational qualification about administrative performance level of schools principals that applied the program "Tatweer" in all axes. The recommendations in view of the previous results: 1) Verification and maintain of the high degree of administrative performance levels (planning, organizing, directing and follow-up) with the schools principals that applied the program "Tatweer" as these training programs that support these levels should be continuous. 2) Work to improve the community participation in supporting the administrative performance for school principals that applied the program "Tatweer", especially in planning and follow-up, and develop their own skills to gain more in this matter. 3) The school management should be aware of the needs of the training staff especially courses which is dedicated to improve the performance as it affect on the development of the school management in general. 4) Directing the school management to involve all employees in the school in the decision-making process and apply the participatory leadership as this has a benefit in terms of improving the school environment and job satisfaction among employees of education. 5) Prepare a model form to measure the performance of schools principals that applied the program "Tatweer" in line with the developed program instead of the previous models which are allocated to all school principals before the appearance of "Tatweer" program and take advantage of the current study tool in the evaluation of principals.
