The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a sustainable development program for the development of teaching competencies among agricultural science teachers. Instruments: 1) a list of teaching competencies which should be developed among the agricultural science teacher. 2) A cognitive test of knowledge and information related to teaching competencies. 3) An observation checklist to measure the teaching competencies of agricultural science teacher. Based on the above, the research resulted in the following results: the results of the research showed that research hypotheses were accepted as the program based on sustainable development had a positive impact on the teachers of agricultural sciences, which led to the development of the teaching competencies.
