The research aims to develop Libyan university education in the light of the re-engineering entrance. The research discussed the concept of the re-engineering entrance and its main principles and stages, and the obstacles to its application in the institutions of higher education. The research concluded by presenting some recommendations that explain to the institutions of higher education the importance of adopting the approach of re-engineering management.
