The study aimed to find out the degree of effectiveness of the meetings held by the school principal on general performance of the school, and the impact of the changing gender and years of experience. The study sample consisted of (100) teachers who were selected by random stratification method out of (1162) with a ratio of (8.6%). The study adopted analytical descriptive approach, using a questionnaire consisting of (25) items, and using the arithmetic means and the t-test. The results showed that the effectiveness of the meetings was low, and there were statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness due to the variable of gender, and in favor of males, while there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of the meetings due to the variable years’ experience. The study recommends working on holding training courses for school principals on the skill of managing meetings. (Published abstract)
