تطوير المشروعات التنافسية بالتعليم الجامعي في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة : دراسة استشرافية
The current study aimed at focusing and highlighting on the concept of The competitiveness at the university Education, and how the Egyptian Universities seek to strengthen this issue- as one of the approaches to achieve the quality and getting excellence –through the competitive projects, studying the reality of The application of the competitive projects at the university Education, determining the obstacles which face the development of the competitive projects at the university Education, in order to presenting a suggested scenario for developing the competitive projects at the university Education in light of the experiences of some of the developed countries. The researcher used the descriptive method as its availability with the nature of the study, in addition, the researcher designed a questionnaire, included two fields: The first one of them included four axes, and the second one included three axes, which focus on the reality of The application of the competitive projects at Asyut university, the questionnaire was applied on a sample consisted of (264) persons through the personal interviews. The study concluded a several important results, among them: 1) All the members of the sample agreed on the importance and availability of the necessary requirements to apply the competitive projects at Asyut University, where as the relatively weight of the sample was (o,85), in regard of the importance, (0,75) in regard of its availability, and it was considered more than the maximum border of the trust, and it expresses the degree of the positive conceptualization to the members of the sample, and this confirms their conceptualization to availability of the formation of the research teams, activating the, constructing the research excellence centers to apply the competitive projects. 2) There was on statistical difference between the two samples (the administrations which applied AIZO) (the administrations which didn’t apply AIZO), this confirms that conceptualization of the first sample to the importance of the necessary requirements of application of the competitive projects at Asyut University didn't differ between the two samples, as well as the availability of these requirements didn't differ among the two samples. 3) There were differences in the arrangement of the fields of the questionnaire in regard with the sample as a whole and the two groups of the study with the unavailability of statistically differences between the two samples of the study , this confirms its differences in the degree of the importance and the extent of availability these the requirements to apply the competitive projects at Asyut University..
