The present research aimed at: identify the treatment of deficiencies in problem-solving and decision-making skills among basic education teachers with a cognitive Style (Focusing VS Scanning) in dealing with technological innovations, through: Determining the most appropriate pattern for presenting the training content (discovery - expansion) in the augmented reality environment in The development of (problem-solving skills - decision-making) among teachers of basic education with the cognitive method (examination - examination), and the research was based on both the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach. The application was carried out on a sample of (64) teachers and tutors from basic education teachers at the Nakhl Educational Administration, North Sinai. They were divided into four experimental groups according to the pattern of providing the training content and the customary method, and based on the above, the first, second, fourth and fifth hypothesis were accepted, and the third hypothesis was rejected. The sixth of the research hypotheses, and one of the research recommendations is the use of augmented reality technology in training for teachers ’acquisition of some higher skills such as innovative thinking and problem solving according to other cognitive methods with training treatments on problem-solving skills in the professional development of teachers.
