Activating the communication between the university professor and the student leads to activating the role of the student in the educational process, and this means that the student is the center of the educational process within the educational room at the university so that he is a participant in the educational process relying on himself in obtaining information and not just a listener and recipient of it only. The student is presented with all the scope to carry out various activities aimed at understanding the content of the educational material away from indoctrination, and they are carried out through various activities known as higher-order thinking skills such as “asking questions, imposing hypotheses, research and reading, comparison and classification, investigation and data collection,” and all of these can only be achieved. The presence of good interaction elements between the university professor and the student. Since the social life inside the university has witnessed at the present time a rapid and successive change in light of the development of the means of life and the explosion of the springs of science and knowledge and the change of the sub-cultures of the members of the society in a way that mimics other cultures, and in a way that may distort with it the original culture of the society, which affects the tampering with education as an educational profession, so the lack of interaction between the university professor and the student may lead to an educational deficit, because the university professor is not able to deal with that person who is the goal of society in its development, in terms of providing him with knowledge and positive values through social interaction and strengthening his social self to achieve healthy relationships Work with others and also work on facing the problems that hinder his academic career. That is why the current research comes to try to reach the effect of the relationship between the university professor and his students in the field of genius, creativity and moral commitment. In order to reach the goal of the research, the researcher built a tool characterized by validity and stability, which applied its (12) items to a sample of university students in the department of clinical psychology, numbering 52 male and female students, and after analyzing their answers, the result of the research showed that there is an effect great for the relationship between the university professor and his students in the field of genius, creativity and moral commitment.
