إدارة المواهب كمدخل لتنمية مهارات الطالبات والموهوبات : جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن أنموذجا
This study came in response to (Vision 2030) aspiration, which aimed to identify importance of applying the talent management system, to improve gifted students' skills in Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), to know requirements of this application and to display the most prominent initiatives which improve gifted students skills in the university. It used the documented manner of the descriptive method. Its Results are attained: to apply the system of talent management, to improve gifted students' skills in the universities by educational courses and training which achieve the best investment for them; also, to keep their ambitious at high level by strategic planning and motivations. The university takes care of the availability for initiatives in a motivated environment. This study gave recommendations to search about another researches in future. (Author’s abstract)
