أثر برنامج قائم على عادات العقل في تحسين الكفاءة الذاتية والاتزان الانفعالي لدى المعلمات المحترقات نفسيا بدولة الكويت
The main objective of the study was to reveal the effectiveness of a proposed program based on habits of mind " to develop self-competence and Emotional stability among female teachers in Kuwait. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher built the proposed program and presented it to a group of judges to ensure its validity of use; she also developed a scale of (Maslache and Glider) to measure the degree of Psychological Burnout, the study also based on scales of "self- competence" and "Emotional stability" that prepared by the researcher. The study tools were applied to a sample of (40) teachers, divided into two groups: experimental group (20) teachers and the control group (20) teachers. The Research results indicated the effectiveness of the proposed program in based on habits of mind in improving self-competence and Emotional stability of psychologically burned teachers in the State of Kuwait.
