The study aimed to identify the reality of vocational education in Jordan, problems and solutions from the point of view of experts and their supervisors, and to achieve the objectives of the study, interviews were conducted with experts and supervisors of vocational education to learn about the reality of vocational education, and through the interviews, the problems facing vocational education in Jordan were also identified. And finding proposed solutions to these problems, and a questionnaire was built to measure the reality of vocational education in Jordan, by interviewing experts and supervisors in the field of vocational education using the (Delphi Technique) model, and the study sample consisted of (52) experts and supervisors of vocational education in Jordan. Where the proposals consisted of (93) proposals that were formulated in the form of paragraphs distributed into four areas, namely: the prevailing view of vocational education in Jordan and it has (22) paragraphs, the second field: the role of governmental and private institutions in the Jordanian society towards vocational education and it has (29) paragraphs, and the third field: the impact of expatriate workers on the needs of the Jordanian labor market and it has (16) paragraphs. The fourth field: the outputs of vocational education correspond to the needs of the Jordanian labor market, and it has (26) paragraphs. The results of the study showed that the reality of vocational education in Jordan on the tool as a whole came in a moderate degree and in all fields, as the area of the influence of expatriate workers on the needs of the labor market came in the first place with a high degree, while the area of the prevailing view of vocational education in Jordan came in fourth place with a moderate degree of appreciation. The results of the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the reality of vocational education in Jordan due to the gender variable and came in favor of females, and the results showed statistically significant differences attributed to the job location variable and came in favor of the employees of the national company. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the reality of vocational education due to the experience variable. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: increasing allocations of financial support for vocational education, activating vocational education at all educational levels, and highlighting the role of the education and vocational training sector in advancing sustainable economic development in Jordan.
