The study examined the degree to which school teachers and principals accept the school attendance system using fingerprint technology from their the point of view. The study sample consisted of (64) principals and 374 teachers and teachers during the first semester of the academic year 2018-2019. The results showed that the acceptance of teachers to the fingerprint system was little. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members on the degree of acceptance due to the job description variable and the differences due to principals. The study recommended the need to hold educational lectures that show the importance of the organizational commitment, and the need to link the attendance time under the fingerprint technique with the material and moral incentives of the employees.
