The study aimed at finding out the effect of field training on improving self-perceived efficiency and instructional skills among postgraduate students in the psychological and educational counseling program at Hebron University. The sample consisted of 44 students who were selected in a simple random sample from students who received Field training. This study used the descriptive approach which is appropriate to this kind of studies. The results showed that: 1) There is a role of field training in improving perceived self-efficacy, which was high. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the self-perceived self-efficacy averages according to the gender variable in favor of males and according to the variable number of courses for students who have more courses. 3) There is a role of field training in improving counseling skills, which was high, and there are statistically significant differences in the average of counseling skills according to the gender variable in favor of males, and according to the number of courses variable in favor of those who have more courses.
