The study investigated the predictive ability of psycho-social adjustment in life satisfaction for education college students. The instruments of the study were developed and included adjustment questionnaire and satisfaction scale, which were applied on (317) students. The results showed that the predictive ability of psycho-social adjustment was high. The result revealed a statistically significant differences in adjustment strategies and life satisfaction due to rank in favor of "very good", while no statistically significant differences due to gender and educational level were found. In light of the results the study recommends to organize training courses to improve students’ use of positive adjustments strategies and to develop counseling programs able to make students acquire positive strategies which will be reflected positively in their satisfaction with their lives.
