The goal of the research is to develop Reading Aloud Skills the Arabic language speaking other at the beginner level And that's through Phonological Awareness Approach, and to achieve this goal the researcher prepared a list of the skills of reading the appropriate for the students of the beginner level, and designed the test of Reading Aloud according to For Reading Aloud Skills, then Apply the test to research group of Arabic- for Non Native speakers using the Finalize the list, The number of students was 14 students of different nationality.
