The research aimed to design training program based on infographic technology and identify its impact on the development of knowledge achievement and visual thinking skills among students of producing and using educational means course in the College of Education at the University of Hail. Where two sections were randomly selected, each of them has (66) students. One of them was assigned as controlled group and the other as experimental group. In order to achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher prepared tool to analyze the content of designing and producing educational means unit (educational models, educational samples and educational games) from the target course in 2018/2019; to explore the topics that might be enhanced the visual thinking skills according the skills that are determined by the researcher beside analyzing the content according to the different level of bloom knowledge taxonomy. The results of the study indicated that there are statically differences between the control and the experimental groups at (a≤0.05) regarding to the average of the student’s scores and their scores in visual thinking skills in the post achievement test.
