The thesis has aimed to identify the fact of the electronic services presented to the girl students in the educational Administration Department in King Saud University, and also to. identify the differences that of statistical references among the sample members estimations for the electronic fact of the electronic services presented to the girl’s students in King Saud University with difference of the variables of (study stage- study level), and also to identify the obstacles that get rid of the effectiveness of the electronic services. To achieve the objectives of the thesis, it depended on the survey descriptive methodology and questionnaire as a tool of study that is applied on the high studies girl students (Master - Doctorate) the educational Administration Department in King Saud University in Riyadh that their number has reached (160) student. After the field application, the data has been statistically analyzed and the results have been concluded in a way that illustrates the fact, of the submitted electronic services and the extent of satisfaction about their different fields that have been studied with the statistical differences of the sample through the difference of these fields and concluding to many obstacles that face students.
