The study aimed to identify the degree of leadership skills practice which educational leaders in public schools in Damad Educational Office in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive analysis method was used in the study. The questionnaire was the study tool, it was made of three dimensions, personal skills, innovative skills, knowledge management and digital skills. The study tool was applied to the study sample which was (171) male and female teachers out of total (1729) teachers. The study results showed that the degree of practice of the three dimensions of the questionnaire came to a medium degree and an mean (3.20). Study recommendations: Spreading the culture of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the educational field, clarifying the huge transformations that it carries and their impact on the educational community in general, and the school leadership department, adopting a scientific methodology for developing leaders, raising the level of the school leader’s skills and abilities to solve complex problems, and the efficiency of educational decision-making. Increasing focus on achieving school goals, training the leader in social and emotional intelligence skills, developing the leader’s skills in leadership in times of crisis, ambiguity and uncertainty.
