تصور مقترح للاستفادة من خدمات الحوسبة السحابية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء التوجه نحو مجتمع المعرفة الرقمي
The study aimed at showing the importance of cloud computing in educational institutions in general and in universities in particular, and how they can be used to enhance the digital knowledge society and meet its requirements. It also clarifies the philosophy, concept, growth, characteristics, types and the services provided by the cloud computing to universities to achieve their objectives. The study also developed a proposed framework for taking advantage of the cloud computing services in the Egyptian universities in light of orientation towards the digital knowledge society. The framework consists of several axes namely: administrative, research and community services. The study used descriptive analytical methodology which suits its nature and its objectives.
