The current study aimed to identify the reality of behavioral rehabilitation among children with Down syndrome in support services centers from the point of view of the teachers and specialists in Beheira Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method due to its relevance to the subject of the study. The study reached the following results, Children with Down syndrome need early intervention and comprehensive rehabilitation to enable them to develop and develop their abilities and integrate them into society. Behavioral rehabilitation for children with Down syndrome includes discovering the child's abilities and talents, knowing his weaknesses, motivation and personality, and applying behavioral programs that suit his abilities and capabilities. The researcher also recommended expanding the provision of educational support services, to include all these services, and not limiting them to specific services, and increasing the number of female specialists in centers and associations in proportion to the number of students with special needs.
