مستوى إمتلاك المرشدين التربويين للمهارات الإرشادية وعلاقتها بكفاءتهم الذاتية المهنية في محافظة الكرك
This study aimed at identifying the level of educational counselors’ possession of counseling skills and self-efficacy and the level of correlation. The study used the descriptive correlational approach. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of two scales: one for counselling skills and the other for professional self-efficacy. The study sample consisted of (140) male and female counselors in AlKarak governorate. The results showed that the level of counselling skills and professional self-efficacy among the educational counselors was average. The results revealed that there is a positive correlation between the level of counselling skills and the level of professional self-efficacy. In the light of the results attained, the study concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions to improve the level of the educational counselors’ possession of counseling skills and professional self-efficacy in Al-Karak governorate and all the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
