This study aims at identifying the relationship between organizational prowess and the quality of the organizational climate in schools Governorate of Dakhiliyah, Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire composed of 63 items was designed and distributed seven main fields. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, was introduced to (65) school principal, One of the major findings of the study is that The degree of availability of organizational excellence dimensions in Al Dakhiliya Governorate schools in the Sultanate of Oman was high, There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of organizational excellence dimensions in Al Dakhiliya Governorate schools in the Sultanate of Oman at the significance level (α = 0.05) due to gender variables and academic qualification. The results also showed that the quality of the organizational climate in Al Dakhiliya schools in the Sultanate of Oman was high. And the existence of a correlation between the dimensions of organizational prowess and the quality of the organizational climate in the schools of Al Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of delegating some powers to the school personnel, and involving them in decision-making, planning, and supporting educational and planning innovation.
