The study aimed to reveal the degree of freedom practice at Yarmouk University among graduate students and its relationship to strengthening the values of Jordanian citizenship for them. The sample of the study consisted of (346) male and female students who were randomly chosen for those who had previously filled out the questionnaire until the number reached the required percentage, which is (12%) of graduate students (Master, Ph.D.) which is (College of Education, College of Sharia, College of Arts) at the University Yarmouk (2886) male and female students, and the researcher adopted in his study the survey descriptive approach, and the researcher built two questionnaires to collect the necessary data to achieve the goals of the study. The results of the study indicated that the estimates of the individuals of the study sample for the degree of freedom practice in Yarmouk University among graduate students came between medium and high, and the results showed a statistically significant difference at the level of statistical significance between the averages of the sample individuals estimates on the tool of practicing freedom in Yarmouk University for graduate students As a whole, it is attributed to the difference in sex variable, and it came in favor of males. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance between the averages of the sample individuals ’estimates on the freedom exercise tool at Yarmouk University among graduate students as a whole attributed to the difference in the level variable. The results also indicated that The presence of statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance between the averages of the sample individuals estimates on the freedom exercise tool at Yarmouk University among graduate students as a whole due to the difference in the college variable, and the study results indicated that the study sample estimates for the level of citizenship practice at Yarmouk University for graduate students came Between medium and high, and the results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of level of the values of a Citizenship attributed to the college variable, and in favor of the College of Education versus Sharia, as it showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of citizenship values due to gender and the scientific level, and also indicated a statistically significant correlation between the degree of freedom practice and the strengthening of citizenship values at Yarmouk University for graduate students On the study tool. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: giving students greater freedom in choosing the time of the lecture and a member of the teaching staff so that it is a way to raise the degree of freedom exercised by his graduate students, care for critical study of university decisions and give students freedom to choose the appropriate teaching method Open the door for dialogue and encourage communication between members of the teaching staff and students on the one hand and the university’s administration on the other hand as a way to accept opinion and the other opinion, search for mechanisms to provide financial incentives for students as a way to raise the level of citizenship for them, conduct studies to link freedom and its impact on citizenship values from the point of view Islamists, adopting the level of freedom as an indicator of citizenship upon his graduate studies.
