The study aimed to construction a proposed training program for human resources management to determine training needs in computer applications for teachers in the light of the digital globe from their point of view; and to identify the impact of both (Sex, scientific qualification, educational stage, and region). The researcher used the curriculum the tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (57) paragraphs distributed in six areas (E-lesson design, Educational Bag Design, Educational Blog, Cloud Computing, Google Documents, Web media recruitment 2.0), distributed to the sample of the study and selected in the way Random cluster class, by selecting all new teachers from different regions of the Kingdom, so that the total sample (308) teachers, representing the study community of (3964) teachers, where they were selected in an available way. After analyzing the data, the needs were identified Training in computer applications, and then the construction of the proposed training program consisting of (15) training materials, covering training needs that showed a need according to the response of the study sample members. The results showed that the training needs in the computer applications of teachers in Jordan in light of the digital globe from their point of view on the tool as a whole were moderate. The results showed the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤0.05) attributed to the impact of sex and in all areas except in the field of employment Web 2.0) and for the benefit of females, as well as the existence of statistically significant differences attributable to the scientific qualification only in the field of the educational bag and the field of educational codes, the differences came in favor of a graduate qualification campaign, and did not show differences for the impact of the scientific qualification on other fields. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of α≤0.05 due to the impact of the educational stage and the region on all areas. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented, including: the work of training programs for teachers on computer applications, especially those that showed a high degree of need such as the design of electronic lessons, the use of Google applications more in the educational process, and the presentation of the proposed training program to a sample of Computer specialists in the Ministry of Education, evaluating and applying it to teachers if it is appropriate.
