The current research aimed at shedding light on the concept of adult and illiterate quality of life. The research also monitored the status-quo of literacy and Educating Adults. In addition to identifying the challenges face lives of adults and illiterate in Egypt. Consequently, a proposed vision was developed for improving adult and illiterate quality of life. The study made use of the analytic descriptive approach. The results of the research revealed that the life of adults and illiterate’s lives face a bunch of challenges. The research suggested a proposed vision for improving adult and illiterate quality of life. Such vision starts from a number of requirements, namely improving quality of learners’ lives, encouraging long life learning, orientation of adult education programmers to focus on learners, and developing adult education curricula.
