تفعيل مدخل الإدارة الذاتية لدى مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم
The present study aimed to activate the self-management approach among middle school principals in Kuwait from their viewpoints. For achieving such aim, the study used the descriptive method and made use of a questionnaire for collecting the study data. The questionnaire consisted of three main dimensions: The first dimension tackled phrases related to the cognitive requirements to activate the approach of self-management; the second dimension included the items related to the affective requirements to activate the approach of self-management; and the third dimension addressed the phrases of the psychomotor requirements to activate the approach of self-management. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was administered to a sample consisting of (97) middle school principals in Kuwait. The results attained revealed that the sample members highly approved all the questionnaire dimensions. Furthermore, in light of the results attained, the study presented some recommendations related to the implementation of the requirements developed. Added to that, the study recommended training middle school principals in order to be able to activate the self-management approach. (Published abstract)
