حاجات معلمي الأطفال المعاقين بصريا إلى المهارات التدريسية : دراسة ميدانية استكشافية
This study aims to identifying the visually impaired children teachers’ needs for teaching skills, and knowing the extent to which their needs for these skills is related to gender and visual ability variables (sighted, partially sighted and blind). The researchers had prepared a questionnaire of teachers’ needs for Teaching skills, and then they distributed to a sample of (102) dispatching on 7 willayas of Algeria (Laghouat, Batna, Biskra, Algeries, Constantine, Bordj Bou Arreridj, El-Oued). The results of the study show that there are low capabilities of Teaching skills among teachers in all dimensions of the questionnaire; It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the needs for Teaching skills due to gender variable and visual ability variable (sighted, partially sighted and blind).
