This article aimed to explore the effect of cognitive, emotional and logistical obstacles on the quality of distance education during the Corona pandemic, in addition to determining the different degree of impact of these dimensions on the quality of distance education, and finally, exploring the relationship of differences at the level of these dimensions with some variables. The results of the study showed that the cognitive, emotional and logistical obstacles have a high impact on the quality of distance education, and the effect of emotional barriers on the quality of distance education is greater compared to the cognitive and logistical obstacles, while the effect of cognitive obstacles is greater compared to the logistical obstacles. Finally, there were statistically significant differences between the components of some variables (gender, age, trait, and educational level) at the level of cognitive, emotional and logistical dimensions. The study concluded that the quality of distance education is related to the extent of reducing the impact of cognitive, emotional and logistical obstacles on the performance of those targeted by this type of education.
