قياس أثر التدريب لدى مدراء المدارس في التنمية الإدارية : دراسة ميدانية على مدراء مدارس بمحافظة عمان في الأردن

The study aimed to identify the measurement of the impact of training for school principals on administrative development. The study population consisted of all principals in Amman Governorate in Jordan, and the study sample amounted to (11) principals, who were chosen by the stratified random method. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. To achieve the goal of the study, two questionnaires were built consisting of (14) items distributed over two areas, one of which measured the importance of training and consisted of three axes, the axis of training efficiency, identification of needs, and the skill of the trainer consisted of (11) paragraphs, and the other that measured administrative development consisted of (3) paragraphs, both of which Managers' point of view. The results of the study showed that there is a correlation between the efficiency of training and administrative development and a significant effect, while there was no correlation between the axis of identifying needs, and the axis of trainee skill with the axis of administrative development.
