The current study aimed to know: " The Degree to Which Kindergarten Teachers have Educational Teaching Competencies In Light of the Principles of e-learning from the point of view of School Principals and Teachers". The study followed the descriptive approach, the study population consisted of (183) principals and teachers from kindergarten directors and their teachers in public and private schools in the Directorate of Education of the Sahab Brigade of the capital Amman, and the study sample consisted of (160) female principals and teachers, who were chosen randomly from the study community. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built to collect data, divided into Three main areas, representing the teaching competencies related to the principles of e-learning, which are as follows: The first field: teaching competencies related to computer culture, and the number of its paragraphs (22), and the second field: teaching competencies related to computer educational programs, the number of which reached (24), and the third field: teaching competencies related to professional leadership qualities, and the number of paragraphs reached (29), The results showed that the areas of teaching competencies in light of e-learning as a whole came to a high degree, the areas of teaching competencies related to (leadership professional qualities came first, then related teaching competencies) With computer culture with a high degree, while the teaching competencies related to computer educational programs came with a medium degree. and the results the presence of statistically significant differences between the responses of principals and teachers in the extent to which kindergarten teachers possess teaching competencies in light of e-learning according to the variable: (scientific qualification) in all fields in favor of the bachelor's and below. and there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of principals and teachers in the extent to which kindergarten teachers possess teaching competencies in light of e-learning according to the variable: (years of experience) in all fields. and there are no statistically significant differences to the variable: (job title) in all fields as a whole, and the existence of differences in competencies related to professional qualities Leadership. and the differences favored female teachers at the expense of female principals. and the presence of statistically significant differences to the variable: (school type) in all fields, the differences in favor of private schools came at the expense of the government. and there are no statistically significant to a variable: the effect of the interaction between the job title (principal or teacher) and the type of school (government, private), In all fields.
