The problem of the study revolves around the following main question: What is the role of the family as a social control institution in reducing the phenomenon of cheating among students during their distance learning? Through this question, the researcher aims to find out the social control methods adopted by the family to reduce the phenomenon of cheating during distance education, to reveal the methods of social control that have the strongest impact on students to reduce this phenomenon from the parents' point of view, and to determine the different methods of social control adopted by the family according to the following variables: parents' gender, parents' work, parents' educational level and the number of children studying The problem of the study revolves around the following main question: What is the role of the family as a social control institution in reducing the phenomenon of cheating among students during their distance learning?
