The current study aimed to identify the values of school discipline and general behavior during distance learning at all stages in the United Arab Emirates, in an attempt to develop the ability to learn remotely in accordance with the values of school discipline and general behavior. To keep pace with the requirements of the external technological world: 1) What is the desired value of school discipline and general behavior during distance learning from the point of view of the teachers' and parents' opinions of teachers and parents. 2) What is the student's commitment to school discipline and general behavior during distance learning from the teachers' point of view? This research relied on the simple analytical descriptive approach through scientific studies and previous research for those who shed light on the negatives of distance learning. The researcher drew the following results: 1) The percentage of quota management from assistants came (30%) of the people who want as parents to help their children students with one of the assistant teachers, and these are good omens in return for the use of teachers to perform the functions of the student son and this really invades the interest of families their work is also focused on as employees, there is also the confusion of other students and electronic bullying, the percentage of which was approved at the beginning of this research through what was reported in the questionnaire issued by Al-Rou'ah newspaper. 2) The values of quota management came from the assistants, which are disciplinary values and general behavior in the commitment of students during distance learning and formed (47%), and here are negative values such as dependency and dependence on private teachers and family assistants.
