درجة ممارسة المسؤولين عن الإشراف التربوي المتمركز على المدرسة لأدوارهم الإشرافية في محافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عمان
The present study aimed to identify the degree of practice of those responsible for School-Based educational supervision for their supervisory roles in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (160) teachers. The results of the study reached that the degree of practice of those responsible for school-based educational supervision for their supervisory roles in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman came generally high degree; They also came high degree of all fields: The roles of the principal, assistant, Senior teachers, and teachers. Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are academic level, years of experience. However, these differences were found in the variables of sex and in favor of the female sample, the job title and in favor of a sample of teachers. (Published abstract)
