العنف والتمييز الاجتماعي ضد الأساتذة : حالة المديرية الإقليمية للتربية والتكوين بمكناس في المغرب
We aim in this study to explore the phenomenon of violence against the teaching body in its semantic and contextual dimension, and to interpret it in its hidden and silent figures from the following question: what is the nature of the violence suffered by teachers in the Moroccan school environment? To better understand this phenomenon, we followed an integrative approach combining, on the theoretical level, between structuralist constructivism and symbolic interactionism, and between the quantitative approach and the qualitative approach on the methodological level. Among the conclusions of this research; the violence against teachers, is the result of applying social differentiation as a political mechanism for managing educational affairs, in order to respond to the economic, Financial, and social constraints.
