The teacher is the main key to the success of the educational process and teaching learning in any educational program, whether for ordinary children, the handicapped or the gifted. The teacher is the main factor in bringing about the appropriate development in the aspects of the educational process. The current research attempts to identify the concept of talent, and the methods and methods of discovering the gifted, to identify the preparation of the teacher of gifted children in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to identify the preparation of the gifted teacher in some developed countries such as the United States of America, England, Japan and Germany, to prepare a proposed vision for the preparation of the gifted teacher in the light of the vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia draws its elements from contemporary global experiences such as the United States of America, England, Japan and Germany. The study is based in its methodology on the descriptive-analytical approach that is based on the logical sequence of ideas, as well as in terms of description and analysis to prepare the teacher of gifted children in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United States of America, England, Japan and Germany, in preparation for reaching the proposed vision for preparing the gifted teacher in the light of Vision 2030 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
