أسباب غياب الموظفين عن المؤسسة التعليمية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات
The research aimed to identify the reasons for the absence of employees from the official working hours in the educational institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to know the impact of the variables of gender, experience, marital status, and workplace on the reasons for absence. To achieve this, two questionnaires were created, the first measuring the reasons for employee absenteeism, consisting of (25) items, distributed over five axes, and the second measuring the results of employee absenteeism, consisting of 25 items distributed over five axes. After verifying the validity and reliability of the two questionnaires. They were applied to a random sample selected from the Department of Education in Jazan region, consisting of employees and teachers of educational institutions in the Kingdom, using arithmetic averages, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple variance analysis. The research found that the most important reasons for the absence of employees are related to job satisfaction, then professional competence, then social and family conditions, and then health conditions. Imitating young workers and employees to their absent peers, which is detrimental to the educational process of the institution as a whole. The research recommended hard work in order to overcome this problem for the sake of our dear country. (Published abstract)
