التنبؤ بالإنجاز الأكاديمي والتفاؤل والتشاؤم في ضوء نظرية (سنايدر) للأمل : دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من طالبات جامعة عمر المختار في ليبيا
The purpose of this study is to study the extent to which academic achievement is helpful to predict the optimism and pessimism of female college students according to Snyder's "Hope" theory. Students from Omar Mukhtar University in Baicheng, Libya, from the psychology department of two departments (Psychology and psychological counseling) among the girls in grade 2 and grade 4, the average age was 22.00 years, and the standard deviation was 2.94 One year later, the study used achievement motivation scale and optimism pessimism scale. The most important finding was that there was a positive correlation between achievement motivation and optimism. The results showed that there was no significant difference between grade 2 and grade 4 girls. In terms of achievement motivation. the results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that optimism is the strongest predictor of female college students' achievement motivation, which shows that female college students are full of hope.
