تصور مقترح لتطوير برنامج إعداد القيادات التربوية بكليات الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت في ضوء نظريات القيادة والتجارب الدولية
The aim of the research is to get acquainted with the reality of The Educational Leaders Preparation Program in the colleges of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, and to identify the theories of Educational Leadership and International Experiences in the program of Preparing Educational Leaders, in order to arrive at the proposed vision for the development of the program for preparing educational leaders in the colleges of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait. The research followed the descriptive and analytical approach due to its relevance to the nature of the research, and the research reached many results, the most important of which is: the need to establish a center called (Center for Educational Leadership Development) affiliated with the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, and the center supervises the proposed program for preparing educational leaders in universities, and it also reached a proposed concept that contains (45) hours of theoretical lectures and (25) hours of practical training.
