The current research aims to introduce a suggested proposal to activate determinants of school administration performance in the A.R.E in the light of some contemporary management approaches. In the context of the research, determinants of school administration performance are defined as the components/ elements that school administration depends on in accomplishing its responsibilities and achieving the goals of the school. 1) Three determinants are defined: the first is human determinant, which deals with the selection and professional development of the members of school administration team; the second is organizational determinant, which deals with organizational structure, organizational culture and organizational relations in schools; while the third is the technical determinant, which deals with investing information and communication technology in improving the efficiency of school management processes, sharing knowledge among school community members, and developing effective communication between school administration and its customers, namely parents and school community members and organizations. 2) Three contemporary administrative approaches are chosen to develop the determinants of school administration performance. These approaches are: empowerment, new public management/ reinvention and electronic management. A preliminary copy of the suggested proposal to activate the three determinants of school administration performance in the A.R.E in the light of the selected management approaches was introduced. It was presented to a number of experts in the field of educational administration and educational planning to give their input about it. After applying the experts’ suggestions, a final copy of the suggested proposal was developed. The suggested proposal included three pivots; which are: the theoretical and local premises for the proposal, the proposal’s components, and the necessary requirements for applying it.
