واقع التربية الإبداعية لمعلمات المدارس الحكومية في لواء وادي السير
The study aimed at revealing the reality of creative education for teachers at female public schools in district of Wadi Seer. To achieve the objective of the study a questionnaire had been developed consisted of (21) items, its validity and reliability had been asserted. The study sample consisted of (250) female teachers. The surveying descriptive method had been used. The results showed that the reality of creative education for teachers at public schools in Wadi Seer district was at a high degree, There were statistically significant differences at (α=0.05) in the contribution of creative education for female teachers in public schools in district of Wadi Seer according to the experience, it was in favor of (5) years of experience and little, and the results showed in the absence of significant differences statistical significance level (α=0.05) on the total score of the degree and the reality of creative Education for teachers in public schools in district of Wadi Seer depending on academic qualification variable. The study came up with several recommendations including: The Ministry of Education and the selection of directors in accordance with the standards which will be to encourage creative education of teacher.
