تدريب وتأهيل المعلم أثناء الخدمة بولاية شمال دارفور : الواقع وتصور مقترح
The study aims at revealing the status quo of in-service teachers' training in North Darfur State, with the prospect of laying a new plan. The researcher adopted the descriptive method in conducting the study. 100 teachers who were trained during 2019-2020, participated in the study. The researcher designed a questionnaire to survey the attitudes of the teachers' trained in the National Centre for Teachers' Training in North Darfur during the period 2020. The following results were obtained: 1) Most of the training courses organized by the National Centre for Teachers' Training in North Darfur are the 'renewable type'. 2) Deterioration of the training environment and its incompatibility with teachers' training in any way. 3) Those who are responsible for training do take into account the school calendar .This leads to the stop of teaching some subjects in some schools. 4) The number of trainers in the National Centre for Teachers' Training is not enough to carry out all kinds of training courses. 5) Unavailability of educational aids in the National Centre for Teachers' Training to convene all kinds of training courses. The training provided by the National Centre for Teachers' Training satisfies the future aspirations of the teachers. (Published abstract)
