The study aimed to prepare a proposed program to develop the managerial competencies of the leaders of commercial secondary education in support of student entrepreneurship education, and achieving this goal required determining the availability of these competencies among the leaders of commercial secondary schools in some schools in the governorates of Egypt from the viewpoint of teachers and students, where a questionnaire was prepared for this. The purpose, which included (54) items, was distributed to a sample of teachers and students in commercial secondary schools in the governorates of Cairo and Menoufia, totaling (669) teachers, (1237) students, and (631) teachers valid forms and (1160) students valid forms were analyzed. The results showed a clear decline in the availability of managerial competencies in support of student entrepreneurship education among leaders of commercial secondary education in both Cairo and Menoufia governorates. The results also showed the availability of these competencies among the leaders of commercial secondary schools in Cairo Governorate to a higher degree than in Menoufia Governorate. A proposed program was prepared to develop the managerial competencies of the commercial secondary education leaders in support of student entrepreneurship education, including objectives, content, training methods and techniques, and evaluation methods. In addition, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented in light of the study's findings. (Published abstract)
