The aim of the research is to develop the Instructional performance of science teachers in the basic stage, and to achieve this goal, the research followed the descriptive and analytical approach to reach the most important skills of the twenty-first century for the development of the Instructional performance of science teachers in the basic stage and the experimental approach in applying the research experiment where a group of 30 male and female mentors and 30 male and female teachers was selected for the application of the experimental treatment represented in the cognitive behavioral program for Mentor for teacher in the light of the skills of the twenty-first century. On the research group of 30 male and female mentors and the application of the teacher performance note card before treatment. The experimental results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the scores of the experimental teachers in the pre and post applications of the Instructional performance observation card in favor of the post application, which indicates the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral program in the development of the Instructional performance of science teachers in the in the basic stage. In light of these results, the research recommended feeding schools with a science teacher mentor to contribute to the continuous professional development of teachers and developing the Instructional performance note card for science teachers at the basic stage that educational supervisors use to match the skills of the twenty-first century.
