The study aimed to identify the integrative role of King Saud University administrations and security agencies in enhancing intellectual security and citizenship values among its employees. The study was based on the descriptive and analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed the study tool (questionnaire) as a tool to collect data from the study sample members, which consisted of (113) individuals from departments and security agencies at King Saud University. Two tools were developed, the first to measure the role of academic leaders in enhancing intellectual security, which consisted of (19) paragraphs, and the second to measure the role of academic leaders in promoting citizenship values and consisted of (18) paragraphs, after their validity and constancy were confirmed. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study tools due to the study variables (gender, educational level), and there were statistically significant differences attributed to the experience variable. In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of developing a strategic plan adopted by the university administration and security agencies to improve intellectual security and citizenship values among workers and to develop a sense of moral responsibility on their part towards the university and the society in which they live.
