The objective of the research was to measure the effectiveness of a training program based on speech rehabilitation of female teachers and its impact on reducing speech and Language disorders among kindergarten children through a sample of)20 female teachers of kindergarten. The research used tools: (speech skills scale for kindergarten teachers, and the training program based on speech rehabilitation) (Prepared by the researcher), and the research relied on the descriptive and experimental method to verify the effectiveness of the program. The results of the research indicated that: There are statistically significant differences between kindergarten female teachers mean scores on the pre-/post- measurements of the cognitive speech skills in favor of the post-measurement. There are also statistically significant differences between kindergarten female teachers mean scores on the pre-/post- measurements for the total score of the cognitive speech skills scale in favor of the post measurement. There are statistically significant differences between kindergarten female teachers mean scores returns to the factor such as qualification, kind of qualification, and experience.
