The study aims at identifying the effectiveness of teachers training programs based on technology of educational multimedia in achieving total quality of management in the light of the teachers views in Kuwait. The descriptive analytical method has been used. A sample of (1700) male and female teachers was randomly selected from the teachers working in public schools in Kuwait. According to the literature and the previous studies, a questionnaire has been designed containing the two aspects. The first aspect is about the effectiveness of teachers training programs using the educational multimedia technology which was given by the ministry of education, and the second aspect is about achieving total quality management, and if there was a relationship between the effectiveness of teachers training programs in achieving total quality of management, in the light of some variables like gender, and the years of experience. Results the study showed no significant differences regarding gender on teachers training programs aspect, while there are significant differences regarding the years of experience in favor of the average from (6-10) years. On the aspect of the reality of total quality management by teachers in the process of learning, the study appeared a significant differences in favor of males comparing with females. A strong positive significant correlation has been found between the effectiveness of the teachers training programs and achieving total quality management. (Published abstract)
