The present study aimed to develop teacher preparation programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the reality of the experiences of the United States of America, Singapore and Malaysia, to achieve the objectives of the study adopted the study on the analytical comparative method since it is the approach best suited to the subject of the reform and development of systems and teacher preparation programs, and adopted a method of" George Beriday Based on four basic steps: description, interpretation, interview and comparison. The study found that despite the efforts made by the Kingdom to develop teacher preparation programs, there are still weaknesses that are represented in its lack of focus on developing learning and self-management skills, and its weak focus On developing the research skills of teachers, the study recommended raising the criteria for student admission in teacher education programs and focusing on the research, communication and social aspect of teachers to a greater degree.
